A silk scarf as a yoga strap? Leather bracelets as weight? French luxury house Hermès draws inspiration from its line of iconic fitness accessories with Hermès Fit, a series of classes taking place in Hong Kong from October 2-9. studio, in the Hermès gym, the brand revisits everything from yoga to kickboxing in a playful and fashionable way.
During these free fitness classes, participants will have the chance to work out using silk squares, leather wristbands, belts and the house’s range of custom fitness equipment, including dumbbells and kettlebells.
Classes open to the public include silk scarf yoga, boxing, rock climbing, and a calisthenics class that incorporates the house’s signature silk squares. Students can choose a leather belt to use during the Belt Stretching class, and bracelets also double as weights in the Ballet Weapons class.
Other classes that playfully incorporate home accessories include Small Leather Goods Workout, where students use wallets and other leather accessories to train strength and flexibility, and Shoes HIIT, where shoes leather replace the weights.
